My dad got a pair of birds off his friend who breeds finches (so its probably a finch) about a year ago- but when he was transporting them into the aviary- the girl got out and flew away- so we were left with one. He s been ok but i feel a little sorry for him all on his owny- but i havent seen any finches like him anywhere. Hes not a society or zebra or java finch because we have these.
Hes a little bigger then a society finch- but far smaller then a java finch- he is mostly yellow with brown feathers on his wings. Definately not a canary- because i ve had them before and he does not look like them.
I tried to take a picture but hes camera shy ;)

i wanted two things say 2 functions to run concurrently..is there a concept of thread in borland c or c++ to achieve this??coz im aware tht in java this can be done with the help of threads.

if c or c++ doesnt support threads -then how can i run tw o functions concurrently

i guess the solutions offered by u is for linux..coz turbo c++ for windows dosent hav the pthread.h class..so how do i do it for windows?

I have a standard HTML table- which i would like to have a overflow of text in it (the table will be scrollable)

HOWEVER.... I do not want a standard scrollbar- nor do i want to "style" the scrollbar s colors. INSTEAD i want to have 2 buttons (arrows) both in a fixed/specified area that will control scrolling. Or just a thin bar on a track (without the arrows). Basically I want a very custom scrolling function- and not a standard scrollbar.

I have passed by a few websites that have this (NONE FLASH)- I think its just java.

Can anyone point me to the right direction? a tutorial or code that is availible to have this done.

I have tried to google this and on hotscripts and havent had luck- perhaps iam not sure exactly what it is called.
