I ve developed in Java in the past- but never really deployed apps. I m definitely not new to programming. I d just like some opinions on what is a relatively easy language to use that that would be deployable to many users (where the user could just run some kind of a setup application) and not have to deal with runtimes or installing additional libraries for the program to run. Ok- so I go to chat rooms occasionally. So when I went to log in and press coneccted this popped up....
